Article Branding – Is As Old As Advertising
One of the most important things you can do for the continued success of your online business is use article branding. This isn’t some big complicated concept. When you think about it anytime you hear a certain jingle, or catchphrase you immediately think of the company behind that jingle or catchphrase. That’s the basic concept behind branding. you want people to think of you as an expert in a certain niche.
I know, for those of you who are just starting out, the idea of yourself as an expert may seem a little ridiculous, but you probably already know more than a lot of people about your niche. Therefore, if you have not branded yourself as an expert in your niche yet, you need to do so as soon as possible to increase lead generation. Make sure you start off your business with the right mindset and attitude. YOu are an expert and you have valuable and helpful knowledge to share with anyone who wants it.
Start branding yourself by finding out what your target market is looking for, then, make it available to them. Writing articles telling your target market that you have what they are looking for is very important. This is the first step in the process of branding yourself an expert in your niche. Don’t just tell them that you can help them, show them. offer them some real, helpful information in your articles. That is the very best way to set yourself up as an expert in the eyes of your website visitors and potential customers.
There are newbies all over the internet who want what you have and will read any and all articles to try to find information that is relevant to their cause. Writing about good article branding strategies and submitting them for publication by the article directories will be considered quality content that offers invaluable help to those who read them. Soon you will be considered by many to be an expert in your niche.
The articles you write should be specifically targeted to your niche. Focus on one aspect of your niche at a time and make things understandable to the newbies. Write your articles with them in mind. Do not use common internet jargon, do not assume they know what you are talking about because if they knew the information already, they would not be reading your article.
Give them the information they need in a simple to follow format and eventually they will follow you anywhere and that is what you want. Quality content on your website that they can access on a daily or weekly basis will keep them hungry and coming back for more.
Don’t make the mistake that a lot of other new internet marketers do, make sure you treat your business like a business and not just a hobby. If you treat it like a business you can have long term success. Using article branding is a great way to build a loyal following of people who like and trust you and will buy the occasional product from you.

Rendezvous With Success With Best Online Traffic
There is no “one-size, fit-all” formula to get the best online traffic for your business website. While you can not impose any deadlines on the results, if you take a few genuine steps, you can expect to have a rendezvous with success soon.
The most important thing is that you must be ready to spend some of your valuable time consistently so that you can educate yourself about the steps and adopt them regularly.
It has been proved that the best online traffic comes from the major marketing tools like SEO, PPC, Link Building, and Banner Advertising. It is not necessary and may not be feasible that you will get an equal degree of results from every one of the above. The results may vary from one individual to another. The underlying concepts in all the four are almost the same. For example, in SEO, keywords and key phrases of your website content are used optimally so that your website gets a good ranking in the leading search engines.
Though all these tools sound very simple, it is better to delve deep and study them. In PPC or pay-per-click marketing, you pay a fee to the search engines to have them post ads for you. This is called a PPC advertising campaign. You are allowed to post ads about your website on the “sponsored results” section on the search engine results pages. When planned well, your fee will be more than offset because whenever somebody clicks on your ad, they get taken to your website where hopefully they buy something. This will increase traffic for your website also and at the same time, you can enjoy the profits with the money you get paid when the ads are clicked.
Link building is another excellent method to drive more traffic to your website. The trick to use this advertising tool lies in finding out the best traffic sources online. But this traffic source should have relevance to your website. If you get such good and relevant traffic sources and put your link on their sites, the traffic that visits these sites may visit your website also. Thus you may succeed in generating more and more traffic for your website.
Popular directories, message boards and online forums are other places where you can submit links to your website. According to the law of averages, if you have more such links, the more your traffic will improve — because it will appear more number of times on the search engine result pages. But your links must be technically correct, relevant, and credible.
In banner building, you can design attractive banners and place them at the right spots on the right websites. They should be captivating, nicely designed and attractively worded to allure people to click on them so that traffic to your website increases.
But the results vary according to the nature of your business. You must bear in mind that results can not be obtained overnight. But if you consistently and persistently work hard, you can rely upon these tools to generate the best online traffic.

Good Marketing Articles – Write For Human Eyes
If you want to use articles to get traffic to your blog or website, than you’ll have to learn how to write good marketing articles. Many people make the mistake of thinking that they have to hard sell the people who read their articles. They will write a 500 plus word article that doesn’t do anything but try to sell their product or service. This type of approach rarely works and if you use it your articles will rarely get read (and you won’t get any traffic at all).
A much better approach is to write something that people may actually enjoy reading. Give them something humorous, informative, or helpful (or better yet, all 3). That way you’ll be creating rapport and building trust with your readers. They’ll come to view you as a trusted expert and when you do make a recommendation for a certain product or service they will be much more likely to part with their hard earned cash since they trust and believe you. That’s the point. It comes down to a win/ win. You provide helpful information and they repay you by purchasing your product. Everyone is happy.
Another way to make sure you are only writing good marketing articles is to learn the proper way to find good keywords to include in your articles. As a general rule of thumb you want keywords that have at least 1,500 searches a month but no more than 20,000 competitors. Remember, this is a rule of thumb and different people will give you different numbers. Just start here and find out for yourself what the best ranges will be for your chosen niche.
Do not make the common newbie mistake of trying to target keyword phrases that have a ton of monthly searches but also a ton of competitors. If you do that the best ranking you can hope for for your article is on about page 73. That won’t get you any traffic. Much better to target a keyword that might not get as many monthly searches, still a decent amount though, but also has much less competition. That way you’ve got a real chance that your article will actually be high enough (page 1 anyone!) to actually be seen and read. That’s the only way it’ll do you any good.
When it comes time to submit your articles to article directories, don’t shoot yourself in the foot by ignoring the rules. If you do, your articles won’t be published and no matter how great they may be, no one will read them. Follow the rules and you’ll get perks from the directories.
Hey, it’s easy to use good marketing articles practices and really drive a lot of very qualified and targeted traffic right to your front door. If you decide that you know more than I do and you ignore this advice you will find that your online endeavors are a lot more difficult and you’ll probably give up since article marketing ‘doesn’t work’.

Increase Blog Traffic
It doesn’t really matter if your blog is a personal blog that you do just for fun, or if you’re a serious online marketer who uses their blog to make money, everyone wants to know how to increase blog traffic. That seems to be the universal question.
The good news is that just by using a blog format for your website you’ve already done a lot to get more targeted traffic to your blog. The search engines love fresh content and since blogs are updated far more frequently than a static site would be, the search engines view that as a content driven site and will rank it higher.
There are many other things you can do, for free, to increase the amount of traffic you get to your blog. And remember, it’s not just about any traffic, it’s about getting quality traffic, traffic that consists of people who are actually interested in the topic of your blog.
Here are a few of the simplest and most effective free things you can do to keep the flow of quality traffic to your blog going strong:
1. Post often. The more often you post, the more often your blog will get crawled by the search engines and you will be rewarded with a higher page rank and more free traffic. One word of warning though, as with vitamins, don’t fall into thinking that if one is good 15 must be better. If you post too many times in a day, the search engines will think that your not building your site in a ‘natural’ way and they will penalize you for it.
A very effective rule of thumb is to post one post every single day for 21 days, I don’t know why, but that 21 seems to be the magic number. After the first 21 days you can slow down to several posts a week if you want, or you can continue with one a day, it’s up to you.
2. Write articles that will direct people to visit your blog. You can use the free Google keyword tool to target the types of keyword phrases people are using to find your blog, than write quality articles around that keyword, then you can submit your article for free to article directories such as EzineArticles.com.
3. Learn a little about Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and start using those techniques on your blog. This will make your site stand out to the search engines. Don’t worry about knowing everything there is to know about SEO, just a few basic concepts can make a huge difference.
4. Visit other blogs and leave a comment with a link back to your blog. This will not only show people that you are an expert in your field, but they will also be interested in checking out your blog and more about what you have to say, assuming of course that you leave insightful, interesting comments.
These methods are the easiest methods that will help you increase blog traffic, that you will find. Don’t waste a ton of money on expensive pay per click campaigns when you can have even better results just by investing a little time.

Internet Advertising Costs Time vs Money
No matter how you break it down, internet advertising costs. Any type of advertising costs. But one major advantage of advertising online is that certain methods allow you to pay in time rather than in cash. There are pros and cons to all types of internet advertising. what will work for you depends on the product/service you are promoting, the demographics of who you are promoting it to and your time and budget allowances.
Let’s start with the free forms of advertising online. Luckily, there are many of these: article marketing, online classified advertising, safelists, traffic exchanges, relevant forums and, of course, the all-powerful social networking sites. Article marketing may be the most time consuming as you need to consistently create and distribute quality articles about how your products/services can benefit your target market. But your efforts do accumulate over time to bring in visitors to your website and buyers of whatever it is you are offering.
There are many online classified sites. Most of them offer free sign-ups and the opportunity to upgrade to a relatively low-cost monthly membership if you want to create more sophisticated ads than what the free service will allow you to do. When you join a safelist, you can send out promotional emails to the other members of the safelist. How many emails you are allowed to send out depends on how many emails you read, because other members are also sending you emails. With safelists you also have the opportunity to upgrade so that you can send emails without clicking to earn credits.
Traffic exchanges work in a similar way. You earn credits by looking at other people’s advertisements and, in turn, you can place your advertisement for others to see. Like with safelists, you can upgrade and choose to pay instead of spend time clicking for credits. Forums and social networking sites are simply free and represent an online means of networking. To be effective in this area, you definitely need to keep things social. You should not be doing any direct overly promotional advertising. Just let people know that you are out there and what you do.
Of course internet advertising costs can be monetary as well. Some of the methods that you can pay for are PPC (pay per click) advertising, ezine advertising and banner advertising on other websites. How much you spend on these types of advertising will vary greatly.
Basically, you spend what you want to or what you can afford. with PPC, how much you spend depends on how much you bid on certain keywords. With ezine advertising, you will send out ads or promotional emails to the ezine’s subscriber list. How much you spend depends on how big the list is, the frequency of the publication, and other factors. Do enough research to make sure that you are choosing an ezine that is right for your niche.
Advertising on other related sites that are higher ranked than yours is another good tactic. It gets you traffic and links back to your site which will improve your own site ranking and sales. As you can see, internet advertising costs vary greatly.
