Hey Diana,

I forgot about the jokes that are mass forwarded to a bunch of people. Mainly because I don’t get that many. Most of the people that email me are either friends that know not to send me the jokes or members of my sites that are looking for something or business associates.

So a majority of my emails are business related actually the largest majority is spam but those only take a second to delete.

Great post Randy and so true. I can literally spend all day answering email messages.

What I normally do is check my messages in the morning and at the end of the day unless I am working with someone and need to communicate with that person back and forth.

You forgot to mention all the jokes we get from family members and friends that have too much time on their hands. I’ve had friends come back with a second message asking me if I received the joke they sent. Incredible!!

Yes outlook is banned from being open on my machine cept certain times each day and same for Tweet Deck. Getting much more accomplished now. So Randy uses Twitter to promote this blog. I use a plugin for Outlook called Outwit – it’s great all my Twitters arrive in my email system.

But wait a second – they make a sound as they arrive. I go to check. Ah, Randy’s posted to his blog. I’d better read it.

And here I am!!!!

Really good points here and oh so true. Did you ever read Goal setting I gave a treat in that one to illustrate the point.
